Annamarie E. Braga

Annamarie works on a broad range of litigation and corporate matters, focusing primarily on commercial real estate disputes and financial services litigation. Through this experience, she has handled key aspects of pretrial litigation, including motion practice and discovery; methods of early resolution; and trial preparation.

While attending The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Annamarie especially excelled in Ohio State’s nationally-ranked moot court program. She won Best Advocate and was a team finalist at the 2017-2018 American Bar Associations’ National Appellate Advocacy Competition in Chicago. She also won Best Overall in Ohio State’s Herman Moot Court Competition.

Throughout her time in law school, Annamarie worked in various litigation roles including with the Columbus City Attorney’s Office, as an extern to Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor of the Ohio Supreme Court, for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio, and for the Cincinnati Insurance Companies.
